SESSION OBJECTIVE:

The session will discuss on the ambitious targets set by the Government towards a greener tomorrow, with Green Hydrogen being supported with:

National green hydrogen policy with a target of producing 5 million tons per annum by 2030. It also talks about tax breaks and allotment of land to set up plants.
Water and economical power are the two important resources needed to become a global Green Hydrogen player. India has a huge coastline and access to sea water with ample of sunlight for solar power needed to produce GH
Green hydrogen industry being in its initial stages and pilot projects to study the technology and costs, IT will take at least 5 years to show results.
